You’ll find plenty of help here on using MyOTC. We’re always adding to it so check back often. But if there is anything you feel you need particular help with please contact us.
Help is organised into three sections:
- I need help with some simple stuff - If you are new to using computers or this is the first time you’ve used online learning this is the place for you
- I want to take some training - here you’ll find links to short training courses on using the various parts of My Learning Centre
- I want to do some more advanced stuff - The more and more comfortable you get with using computers the more you’ll want to do. Here is where you’ll find help
I Need Help With Some Simple Stuff
Everyone is using email today and yet if you have never used it before or are only new to it, it can be quite intimidating. Click the link below to watch a short video introducing you to My Mail, the mail application you’ll use while you are with us. Even if your already comfortable sending and receiving emails, you should watch it. It will show you just how our mail works.

Give Me Some Short Training Courses
Here are a number of short training courses that will help you get started with your applications. These should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.Don’t worry about all the ‘Google stuff’ you’ll see in the videos. Our mail, application and calendar applications are all based on Google. We just make them look nicer!
